gBlocks® Gene Fragments may contain standard DNA bases (A,C,G,T). Numbers and spaces in the sequence will be ignored.
gBlocks® Gene Fragments Libraries may contain sequential mixed bases N and K.

Adding 5' phosphates allows gBlocks® Gene Fragments to be cloned directly into blunt cut vectors. Please note that some blunt cloning kits require non-phosphorylated inserts for successful cloning.

Instructions
Start codons are outlined in green. Stop codons are outlined in red
Start and stop codons can be customized using the 'Start Codons' or 'Stop Codons' buttons
Select the start and end of your reading frame by clicking on a codon
To optimize a subsequence, select a reading frame by following the previous instruction
Shift your reading frame by changing the value in the 'Reading Frame Shift' box
All complexities have been removed from the selected reading frame.
In accordance with the Harmonized Screening Protocol created by the International Gene Synthesis Consortium, and in order protect the safety of IDT personnel, IDT requires that the following disclosure be completed by the ordering researcher, or by an authorized representative of the ordering institution prior to the acceptance of any Synthetic Biology order. Biohazard screening guidelines allow us to accept the electronic signature included during the Web ordering process as long as the form is filled out correctly. The form includes a question asking whether the gBlock sequence originates from a plant or animal pathogen. If you order sequences from any pathogen please click the 'Yes' radio button and enter a brief description of the sequence. This will avoid the need for a written form and the delays associated with the process.
IDT's Terms and Conditions for Synthetic Biology Ordering
All pricing information conveyed by IDT applies to the exact sequences as ordered. IDT reserves the right to change the price
of a sequence altered after ordering by the customer. If IDT is unable to successfully assemble the product as ordered, the
customer may be offered a partial product as a "best effort" with a reduced fee determined at IDT's discretion. If, by nature
of the product's sequence, IDT is unable to obtain complete QC, the customer shall accept incomplete coverage and is still
liable for the full cost of the product. All turn-around time (TAT) statements are estimations of expected turn-around time
and are not binding on IDT. Turn-around time estimates are for information purposes only, and delays of any kind shall not
relieve the customer of its obligations to pay the full invoice price. IDT reserves the right to cancel a product order at
any time. All changes to price and cancellation will be communicated to the customer.
