This kit provides a complete workflow for preparing sequencing-ready libraries from cfDNA or FFPE DNA and performing hybridization-based target enrichment. This is called a base kit because it includes the reagents you need for (1) Library construction with dual in line UMIs, (2) Sample indexing using unique dual index (UDI) primers, and (3) Post-capture amplification for sequencing on Illumina® platforms. It does not include the xGen™ Hybridization capture panels that are defined specifically for your work. Those are available separately, ensuring you the flexibility to achieve success.
