Why do the xGen™ Exome Sequencing Kit Trinity™ for Element workflow solution components recommendations default to different reaction sizes when ordering?
The xGen™ Exome Sequencing kit Trinity for Element workflow solutions provide reagents for both library preparation and hybridization capture. They are designed to be modular to provide flexibility for your coverage needs. Every sample processed will consume one reaction equivalent of the xGen™ Exome Sequencing Kit Trinity™ for Element to prepare the pre-capture library. Hybridization capture supports multiplexing, so fewer reaction equivalents are needed (e.g. 96 libraries can be pooled into 4 separate 24-plex captures, or 4 reaction equivalents). Customers may choose to order additional xGen™ Hyb Capture kit Trinity for Element and xGen™ Exome Hybridization Panel 4 rxn, for example, to consume the full 16 reaction equivalents supplied in the xGen™ Hybridization Capture Sequencing Kit Trinity™ for Element.
