Do I need to prepare the buffers in any way before performing captures with the xGen™ Hybridization and Wash v3 Kit?
Allow the reagents to come to room temperature. Unlike previous versions, some buffers were supplied at 2X or 10X. xGen Hybridization and Wash buffer v3 Kit provides buffers at 1X, ready to use. The capture beads do still require washing prior to use.
