Does IDT offer Inosine (I)?
How do I order oligos containing Inosine bases?
IDT can synthesize oligonucleotides that contain 2'-deoxyinosine. Deoxyinosine is a universal base that occurs naturally. It should not be confused with riboinosine, which also occurs naturally, and is commonly found in tRNAs. To include a deoxyinosine base(s) in your oligo, simply place an "I" directly in your sequence. If you are interested in having riboinosine bases included in your oligo, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
